Communal post case: Influencer Sharmishtha Panoli gets bail by Calcutta HC; to furnish bail bond of Rs 10,000

The Calcutta High Court granted interim bail to social media influencer Sharmishtha Panoli, arrested for allegedly hurting religious sentiments through an Instagram video. The court instructed the state to provide basic amenities to Panoli while in custody and restrained authorities from filing new FIRs on the same grounds.
