Israeli army says intercepted missile launched from Yemen

Israel's military said it intercepted a missile launched from Yemen on Thursday, with the Iran-backed Huthi rebels later claiming responsibility for the attack, which followed Israeli strikes on Huthi targets. The Israeli military said earlier in a post on X that a missile launched from Yemen had been intercepted following air raid sirens that sounded before dawn in several areas of Israel.
